Return & Refund Policy

At EMELCI Coffee Co., we stand behind what we roast and what we ship. Everything is made with intention—fresh, bold, and hand-packed. But if something’s off, we’ll do our best to make it right.


🕒 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the day your order was delivered to request a return.


✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase


📦 How to Start a Return

Email us at emelcicoffeeco@gmail.com to start the return process.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and clear instructions on where to send the item.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


💸 Restocking Fee

We charge a 5% restocking fee on returned merchandise (shirts, mugs, flags, etc.).
This covers handling and repackaging costs.

Note: This fee does not apply to returns made through in-person Point of Sale (pop-ups, markets, etc.).


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (like coffee or other food items)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards (final sale)


📦 U.S. Orders Only

We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping, returns, or refunds for orders shipped outside the U.S.


💥 Damages or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If you received the wrong item, or something is damaged or defective, email us right away at emelcicoffeeco@gmail.com so we can make it right.


🔁 Exchanges

Need a different item?
The fastest way is to return your original item (once approved), and then place a new order for the item you want.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (minus the 5% restocking fee, if applicable).

  • Refunds are issued within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t seen the refund, please email us at emelcicoffeeco@gmail.com.
