When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we’re talking about EMELCI Coffee Co. We run this website and online store to bring you bold coffee, quality gear, and a curated experience rooted in freshness and integrity. Everything we offer here—products, info, tools, and services—is part of what we call "the Services."
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. Please read them carefully—they cover important things like your rights, account security, product orders, and how we handle problems.

1. Your Account & Access
You need to be at least the age of majority in your state or province to use our Services. If you’re letting a younger family member browse or order from your device, you’re responsible for that too.
When you place an order or create an account, we trust that the info you give us (like your name, shipping address, and payment details) is accurate and current. You’re responsible for keeping your login info safe. Don’t share your password or account—it’s yours, not transferable.
2. Our Products
We do our best to show you what you're getting—but colors, textures, and final appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or lighting. Coffee is roasted fresh, merchandise is made on demand, and every now and then, there may be minor differences. That’s life.
We may update or remove products, adjust prices, or limit availability at any time. We're always refining our lineup based on what feels right.
3. Orders
When you place an order, it’s an offer—we’ll review it and let you know when it’s accepted. Orders aren't confirmed until we’ve processed your payment and sent a confirmation. Once that happens, it moves into fulfillment and can’t always be changed.
If something comes up—like a stock issue or incorrect info—we’ll reach out using the contact info you provided.

4. Prices & Billing
Prices, discounts, and promos can change at any time. What you see at checkout is what you’ll pay—plus any taxes, shipping, or handling fees. Prices may differ from those at in-person events or third-party shops.
You’re responsible for keeping your billing and payment info up to date. By placing an order, you’re confirming that you’re authorized to use the payment method and that your info is legit.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Coffee is roast-to-order, which means we don't ship the same day you buy it—but that’s the whole point. Freshness first.

Processing time: 1–5 business days

Shipping via USPS Ground takes another 1–5 business days
Merchandise (like shirts or mugs) is fulfilled separately by Printful. They usually take 2–7 business days to produce, plus standard shipping time.
We only ship within the United States for now. Once your items ship, we’ll send you tracking info so you can follow the journey.
We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control—but we’ll always do our part to keep you informed.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—logos, designs, photos, text, product names, etc.—belongs to us or our partners. You can’t copy, repackage, resell, or use any of it without permission. Same goes for Shopify trademarks and any third-party assets.
7. Third-Party Tools & Links
Sometimes we use tools from trusted partners (like Shopify, Printful, USPS). If you interact with those services, you do so at your own discretion. We’re not responsible for how they operate or what happens on their sites.
8. Shopify Relationship
We’re powered by Shopify, but when you shop with us, you’re buying directly from EMELCI Coffee Co. Shopify isn’t liable for anything you purchase here.
9. Feedback
If you send us a review, message, idea, or suggestion, you agree we can use it to help grow the brand. We might feature it, share it, or use it in our content. You also confirm it’s your original work and doesn’t violate anyone else’s rights.
10. Mistakes Happen
We try our best, but sometimes typos slip through—on prices, product descriptions, or shipping info. If we notice an error, we’ll fix it as soon as possible and may cancel or update your order if needed.
11. Don’t Be That Person
You agree not to use our site or services for anything shady or harmful. Don’t hack, spam, impersonate, harass, copy, or violate anyone’s rights. We reserve the right to ban or block any account that violates these rules.
12. Ending Things
We can suspend or end your access at any time if we believe you've violated these Terms. If that happens, you’re still responsible for any outstanding charges.
13. Disclaimers
We can’t guarantee that everything on this site will be perfect, error-free, or available at all times. Use of the site is at your own risk, and we’re not liable for any damages that may arise—except where prohibited by law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, EMELCI Coffee Co. and its partners aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential damages—loss of revenue, data, or reputation—even if we were warned. Our liability is limited to what you paid for the product.
15. Indemnity
If you do something that causes us legal trouble—by violating these Terms, the law, or someone else’s rights—you agree to cover any damages, legal fees, or losses we face as a result.
16. Legal Stuff
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, and any disputes will be handled in the courts where EMELCI Coffee Co. is headquartered.
