EMELCI Coffee Co. – Shipping Policy

At EMELCI Coffee Co., every order is carefully made to deliver quality and freshness—whether it’s a bag of bold coffee or gear that reps the brand.

☕ Coffee Orders

All coffee is roast-to-order and hand packed, ensuring the freshest possible product. We don’t warehouse or mass-store—each order is freshly roasted and shipped just for you.

Processing Times:

  • Whole Bean Coffee: Roasted and shipped same day

  • Ground Coffee: Roasted and shipped the next business day

  • Please allow 1–5 business days for roasting and preparation before shipping

Shipping Times:

  • Orders ship via USPS standard ground

  • Delivery usually takes an additional 1–5 business days based on your location

  • U.S. shipping only

Tracking:
You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

👕 Merch & Apparel Orders

Our apparel and accessories (shirts, mugs, flags, etc.) are made and shipped by Printful, our trusted production partner.

Processing Times:

  • Most products are fulfilled in 2–7 business days

  • Embroidered and specialty items may take slightly longer

Shipping Times (U.S. orders):

  • Standard: 3–5 business days after fulfillment

  • Shipped via USPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on the item and destination

Combined Orders:
If your cart includes both coffee and merchandise, items will arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
