We know things come up. If you need to cancel an order, update a subscription, or change your mind about a pre-order—here’s how it works.
☕ Coffee Orders
Our coffee is roast-to-order, which means we move fast. Once your order comes in, it heads straight to our roasters.

You have up to 12 hours from the time you placed your order to cancel it.

After 12 hours, we can’t guarantee cancellation since it may already be roasting or in transit.

👕 Merch & Apparel (Printful-Fulfilled)
Our merch—like shirts, mugs, and flags—is printed and packed by Printful, our on-demand production partner.

Once your order is submitted, it often goes into production within minutes.

Because of that, we can’t guarantee cancellations or changes once it’s submitted.
If you catch it early, email us at emelcicoffeeco@gmail.com, and we’ll try to stop it. If it’s already in production, we’ll do our best to work with you through our [Refund Policy]
🔁 Subscriptions
Subscriptions ship on your schedule—weekly, monthly, etc.—and are easy to manage.

You can cancel or change your subscription anytime through the link in your order confirmation email.

If you don’t want it to auto-renew, cancel before the next billing cycle.

🕒 Pre-Orders
Pre-orders let you claim a product before it’s officially available.

You might be charged up front, partially, or not at all until it ships.

If your pre-order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel and get a full refund.
